• In video transmission, the down-mix converter has simple downscaler built-in to adapt input source resolution to HDMI output TV. An example of application is, the down-mix converter can be connected after HDMI splitter or matrix and down-scale input 4K to 1080p TVs. In meantime, the unit can de-embed HDMI audio of up to 7.1CH and give it to down-mix DSP for decoding and DAC.
• The CV-DOWN-MIX-000 is an HDMI2.0 Dolby and DTS audio decoder and down-mix converter with eARC receiving capability. The unit can choose audio source for down-mix, as from HDMI input embedded audio or from HDMI output via eARC.
